I would respectfully ask you to cease and desist with these spam messages

My inbox down to less than 20 emails with no attachments and I have sent and deleted boxes emptied This took a lot of time on my part to comply with your policy and come up with an offline alternative to manage my digital information in order to function as a busy practicing orthopaedic surgeon at Mayo

I do not appreciate receiving these emails as I have more important things to do

If there is something that I am not aware of please let me know
